OneRed strives to create a workplace where every person can rock their authentic selves and know they truly belong. This year, our Employee Resource Group (ERG) brought that mission to life through monthly newsletters, engaging events, inspirational keynote speakers and thought-provoking Learning to Unlearn sessions. From raw conversations about motherhood to eye-opening discussions about environmental justice, our PureRed teammates showed up with open hearts and minds, ready to share, learn and grow together.

A YEAR OF HONORING OUR TEAM: Past, Present and Future
|
Every great journey is shaped by the people who walk it with us, even if just for a while. As we reflect on OneRed’s evolution, we’re grateful for past and present members whose dedication and unique perspectives have enriched our group and whose impact continues to inspire our work today.
Currently, OneRed is an ERG powered by nine dedicated PureRed employees across multiple departments. While our day jobs keep us busy creating amazing work for clients, our passion for fostering belonging and championing diversity drives us to create meaningful experiences for our PureRed teammates. We don’t want this to change—but there is a change on the horizon.
As we move into 2025, we’re excited to announce some of these changes that we hope will help us create an even deeper impact. Instead of focusing on monthly heritage commemorations, our OneRed content will transition to a quarterly model. This will allow us to deliver more in-depth themes while maintaining the authentic, personal touch that makes OneRed special.
To support this change, we’re launching a dedicated Teams channel in 2025, “OneRed: Community & Culture,” to foster year-round dialogue and connection. We’ll continue honoring heritage months and cultural celebrations along with support for our quarterly deep-dives into topics that affect all of us. This space will also spotlight our company’s incredible volunteer initiatives and Community Connection activities, creating a hub for all the ways we give back and grow together.

A NEW YEAR OF ONERED: Q1 Theme — The Building Blocks of Belonging
|
As we step into the new year—a time when many of us naturally reflect on growth and positive change—OneRed invites you to explore something fundamental to all of us: how we show up at work and what makes us feel truly connected to our community here.
We’re kicking off 2025 by diving into three psychological pillars that work together to create genuine belonging: meaningfulness (finding purpose and value in our work), safety (feeling comfortable being ourselves and speaking up), and availability (having the emotional and mental space to be fully present). These aren’t just theoretical concepts—they’re practical building blocks that can help each of us create stronger connections and more fulfilling work experiences.
Throughout the quarter, we’ll share research-backed insights and practical strategies for strengthening each of these pillars in our daily work lives. No matter where you fall on the ORG chart, you’ll receive accessible tips and gentle reminders that can help build lasting habits. The quarter will culminate in a Learning to Unlearn session where we’ll come together to discuss how these concepts resonate in our own experiences. It’s a chance to ask questions, share perspectives, and learn from each other’s journeys—because sometimes the most powerful insights come from the colleague sitting right next to us.
Stay tuned for more details about our new quarterly programming and how you can be part of the conversation. Here’s to growing together in 2025!
